Diego is Assistant Professor of Economics in the Department of Economics and Business at the University of La Rioja and is a collaborating researcher at the Institute for Advanced Research in Business and Economics (INARBE). His research interests focus on the water-energy nexus.
Diego has been involved in several projects funded by the Spanish Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness (MINECO). His most recent publications include articles in Ecological Economics, Water Resources and Economics, and Water Policy.
