Diego Sesma-Martín has a Ph.D in Economics from the Public University of Navarre (Pamplona, Spain). He currently holds a postdoc position at the same institution. Diego has been involved in several projects funded by the Spanish Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness (MINECO) for over 4 years. His research focuses on the water-energy nexus and, more specifically, on quantifying the blue water footprint of the thermoelectric power sector in Spain. He co-organises the annual Workshop on the Water-Energy-Food Nexus.
